Jerry Knoedler, Jr. began his construction career more than 40 years ago as a masonry contractor working on residential and light commercial projects. Moving on from masonry to general home improvements, Jerry built a broad base of knowledge and experience in every facet of home construction.
In 2001, Jerry launched JJK Contracting, putting all that experience to work in building custom homes. He grew up in Baltimore and Harford Counties and knows and understands the neighborhoods and communities. He takes pride in the fact that every project involves improving upon the community.
Under Jerry’s leadership, JJK Contracting is a thorough and hands-on homebuilder that achieves success through dynamic engagement with the customer. Jerry builds collaborative relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers alike, with the customer being the most important ingredient.
